1.Electric Bicycle Using Permanent Magnet Direct Current Motor

This project deals with design and fabrication of a low cost portable electric bicycle, which can be mounted on existing bicycle. It has two modes of drive, one is by pedaling and other one is by using electric motor. The electric bicycle kit consists of 250W brushed type DC motor which is powered by 24V lead acid battery. E-bikes use rechargeable batteries and lead acid can travel up to 40 Km/hr and some electric bicycles speed can do excess of 50 Km/hr.

2.Model based simulation of Electric Vehicle using  MATLAB- Simulink

Electric vehicles are by many seen as the cars of the future as they are high efficient, produces  no local pollution, are silent, and can be used for power regulation by the grid operator. Conventional  vehicles utilize petroleum-derived fuels to provide good performance and long-range. But conventional  vehicles having certain disadvantages such as low fuel economy  and exhaust gas emission causing  environmental pollution.
